refunded. All sales are final on digital products.
Physical Items
If your paperbacks arrive damaged, please email calistajaynebooks@gmail.com
within 10 days of receiving your order and include "return" in the
subject line.
In the body of the email, include your name, order number, reason for return, and include pictures of the damage to the items.
Upon inspection of the items, we will notify you, and if the return is
approved, we will either send a replacement or initiate a refund.

We only offer shipping in the United States.
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Once an order is fulfilled,
you will receive a tracking email with the details of your shipment.
Most orders are shipped within 7 business days. However, because of
printing delays, it may take up to 3 weeks to ship physical items.
