Refund policy
Refunds and returns only apply to damaged or defective physical items.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please email calistajaynebooks@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number and the word "return" in the subject line.
In the body of the email, include your name, order number, the reason for return, and a picture of the damage to the items. You are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Upon inspection of the items, we will notify you, and if the return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
Items not eligible for refunds
Gift cards, audiobooks, and ebooks are digital products and, therefore, cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final on digital products.
